President and CEO
Mr. Larsen is the former President and CEO of Millard Refrigerated Services, a company founded by his father in 1963. As CEO, Mr. Larsen provided the strategic direction and guidance to Millard’s executive team and led the organization’s continuous innovation and customer-centric processes to maintain Millard’s position as an industry leader. Mr. Larsen is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
BRIAN VINCHUR
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to the formation of Pierce Street Capital, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer of Millard Refrigerated Services. Brian began his career in public accounting and subsequently worked as an investment banker, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Brian has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Georgetown University and a MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
